Set Priority — High if production is stopped, Medium if partial, Low if minor

Write a clear Subject — "Nail gun not firing on STN-7 Wall Line"

Add Description — what happened, when it started, what you tried

Enter your Name and Email — you will get a confirmation

Answer the math question and click Submit

HIGH
Production is stopped or unsafe. Machine cannot run. Use for all safety issues.
MEDIUM
Production is partially affected. Work can continue at reduced capacity.
LOW
Minor issue. Does not affect production. Can wait for scheduled maintenance.
